Very good and family run hotel. The "Dorfplätzle" in the hotel with sauna, whirlpool, relaxation bed, heat chamber, shower is cheap and highly recommended. The location is quiet and easy to reach by bus from Bad Wildbad. From Sprollenhaus you can also visit Pforzheim with the guest card by bus / train. The rooms are large and have a balcony. In summer or when the weather is nice, you can also have breakfast or eat on the large covered terrace. The breakfast and dinner as a buffet is delicious and plentiful. Prepared with love. The owner Mr. Driver is very friendly and helpful. There is also a well-stocked "village shop" in the hotel. Free WiFi and free parking spaces are available. The rooms are equipped with telephones and flat screens. 80% of the energy is obtained from renewable energy sources. Lift up to the 2nd floor. Sides the dinner is experimental. We are here for the umpteenth time and there are always new hiking trails to discover. The self-service of drinks is a great idea. E-bikes can be rented directly at low cost.

Are the two times here and very satisfied. Big rooms, big balcony, very good food. Mr. Driver (the good spirit of the house) and his team sweeten your stay. Very quiet here, ideal for switching off.

Great family run hotel in the middle of the Black Forest. Very quiet. Landlord Udo has his heart in the right place and is always there for his guests. Small but exquisite cuisine with home-style cooking. A star deduction because there is some renovation backlog in certain areas. All in all a somewhat old hotel with a lot of heart.
